If you're in the market for a versatile laptop that can handle everything from spreadsheets to sketching, this Lenovo Yoga 7a deal might be worth a look. It's currently going for $999.99 on eBay, which is 35% off the usual price. That gets you a 16-inch OLED touchscreen, a Ryzen AI 7 445 processor, 24GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. Not bad for a grand.
What you're getting for $999.99
The Yoga 7a is a 2-in-1, so you can flip the screen around and use it like a tablet. That 16-inch OLED panel is the star here—it's sharp, colorful, and supports touch, which makes it great for drawing or just navigating Windows with your fingers. Under the hood, the Ryzen AI 7 445 is a recent chip that should breeze through everyday tasks and even some light creative work.
The 24GB of RAM is a nice touch at this price point. Most laptops in this range come with 16GB, so having 24GB gives you more headroom for keeping lots of tabs open or running virtual machines. The 512GB SSD is adequate, though you might want to supplement it with external storage if you work with large files.
- 16-inch FHD+ OLED touchscreen—great for media and creative apps
- AMD Ryzen AI 7 445 processor with integrated AI acceleration
- 24GB LPDDR5 RAM—more than most competitors at this price
- 512GB SSD for fast boot and load times
- 2-in-1 design with a 360-degree hinge
Is this a good deal?
At $999.99, this is a pretty solid value. Comparable 2-in-1s with OLED screens and similar specs often go for $1,200 or more. The 35% discount brings it down to a price point that's competitive with mid-range laptops that don't have OLED or as much RAM. If you've been eyeing a premium convertible but didn't want to spend over a grand, this is a good opportunity.
That said, it's worth checking the seller's reputation on eBay and confirming the warranty situation. Some eBay listings are from authorized resellers, while others are third-party. Make sure you're comfortable with the return policy before pulling the trigger.
- 35% off makes it cheaper than many similar OLED 2-in-1s
- 24GB RAM is above average for the price
- Check seller feedback and warranty details before buying
Who should consider it
This laptop is a good fit for students, professionals, or anyone who wants a single device for work and play. The OLED screen is a treat for watching videos or editing photos, and the 2-in-1 form factor adds flexibility for note-taking or presentations. The Ryzen AI 7 445 should handle productivity software, light gaming, and even some video editing without breaking a sweat.
If you're a heavy gamer or need a dedicated GPU for 3D rendering, you'll want to look elsewhere. But for general use, this Yoga 7a hits a sweet spot of performance and portability.
- Great for students, office workers, and casual creatives
- OLED screen ideal for media consumption and photo editing
- Not for hardcore gaming or GPU-intensive tasks

- The OLED touchscreen and 24GB RAM make it a strong value for creatives and multitaskers.

Common Questions
Is the RAM upgradeable?
No, the 24GB LPDDR5 RAM is soldered, so you can't upgrade it later. But 24GB should be plenty for most users.
Does it come with a stylus?
The listing doesn't mention a stylus, so it's likely not included. You can buy a compatible Lenovo pen separately.
What's the battery life like?
OLED screens can draw more power, but the Yoga 7a typically gets around 8-10 hours of mixed use. Actual mileage varies.
